Power To Frame Rules
(1) The Government of Nepal may, in
consultation with the Attorney General, frame rules on matters of
investigation, and the Supreme Court may frame rules on matters of
court proceedings, for the implementation of this Act.
(2) While framing rules pursuant to sub-section (1), the
Judicial Council shall be consulted on the matters pertaining to the
administration of justice.
